Delegate Howell moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 8-13-13, line 62, after subsection (j), but beginning a new paragraph and inserting the following subsection:

“(k) For the purposes of this section, an elected official’s place of work shall be considered their primary residence in the legislative district which he or she represents, and shall be subject to the applicable taxations and fees located within their respective legislative districts, and not any location of legislative meetings or business.”
